At Great Plains Dental, we LOVE our patients! We are seeking an individual with exceptional customer service skills to welcome our patients as they enter our practice.
Responsibilities
Greet and check in patients upon arrival
Collect and update patient information including insurance details
Accept co-pays and other payments
Schedule appointments
Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
Qualifications
Previous experience in a dental office or similar medical administrative support role is preferred
Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
