Dental Hygienist

Great Plains Dental in Sioux Falls, SD is looking for a full or part-time Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing team of highly trained professionals.  We are a family-focused dental practice that thrives on providing our patients with exceptional dental care and service.

  • Associate of Science or Bachelor of Science Degree in Dental Hygiene
  • Experience with Eaglesoft preferred but not required
  • Certified in nitrous oxide and oxygen sedation and local anesthetic administration

Patient Representative

Job Description

At Great Plains Dental, we LOVE our patients! We are seeking an individual with exceptional customer service skills to welcome our patients as they enter our practice.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and check in patients upon arrival

  • Collect and update patient information including insurance details

  • Accept co-pays and other payments

  • Schedule appointments

  • Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries

Qualifications

  •  Previous experience in a dental office or similar medical administrative support role is preferred

  • Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is a plus

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
